The Problem

If some of our games doesn't load it can sometimes be fixed by reloading your browser history. Below we explain how you can do this.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

1. Click on "Tools" (which should be near the top right of your browser) and then click on "Internet Options" from the menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Under "Browser history" click on the "Delete" button.
   
   
   
   
3. Another popup will appear. Make sure "Temporary Internet Files" is checked and then click the "Delete" button at the bottom.
   
   
   
   
4. Click "OK"
   
   
   
   
5. Press Ctrl + F5
   
   
   
   

Firefox

1. Click on "Tools" (which should be near the top left of your browser) and then click on "Options" from the menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the "Privacy" icon at the top then click on "clear your recent history".
   
   
   
   
3. In the "Time range to clear" drop down list, select "Everything". Make sure "Browsing & Download History" is checked and press "Clear Now".
   
   
   
   
4. Click "OK"
   
   
   
   
5. Press Ctrl + F5
