The Problem

Sometimes Mahjonged doesn't start up, gets stuck loading or stops working. This usually happens when a new version is made available but can happen at any time. This problem usually sorts itself out over time but below is a fix that will get you playing again in less than a minute.

The reason for this happening is because the game files didn't completely download to your system. This page explains how you can correct this problem and carry on playing.

The Fix

Follow the steps below:

1. Right click anywhere on the game. If the game is not visible right click where the game would have appeared.
   
   
2. Click Silverlight on the menu that pops up, it should be the only item on the menu.
   
   
   
   
3. Then click the "Application Storage" tab.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the "Delete All" button.
   
   
   
   
5. Another popup will appear like the one below. Click "Yes".
   
   
   
   
6. You should now see the first popup still with the "Application Storage" tab ticked. But the grid with a list of web sites should now be empty. Click "OK".
   
   
   
   
7. Now left click anywhere outside the game area. Then press Ctrl + F5. This should reload the page and the game.
   
   
8. Try to play again.
